Job For Franchise Trainer
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial training sessions for new franchisees, covering operational procedures, sales techniques, and customer service standards.
- Provide continuous training and support to franchisees, including workshops, webinars, and on-site visits.
- Design and develop training programs, materials, and resources tailored to the needs of franchise partners.
- Evaluate franchisee performance and provide constructive feedback and guidance to enhance operational effectiveness.
- Develop and maintain an online training portal with resources, best practices, and updates on company policies.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor practices to enhance training materials and strategies.
- Work closely with other departments, including marketing and operations, to align training efforts with overall business objectives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Education, or a related field.
- Proven experience in training, coaching, or a similar role, preferably within a franchise or retail environment.
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to travel frequently to franchise locations as needed.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in using training software and tools.
